Dr. Russel Blanchard is the founding and senior pastor. He and his family have lived in Gippsland since 2009. He is a graduate of Landmark Baptist Theological Seminary of Fort Worth Texas. He currently holds a Doctorate of Ministry, a Doctorate of Theology and a Doctorate of Philosophy. He and his wife Terri have been married over 34 years and have nine children and three grandchildren.
